The ideal candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests, maintain lab equipment, and ensure accurate diagnostic results to support medical staff and patient care. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and laboratory protocols.
- Prepare and analyze samples, documenting and reporting results in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information professionally.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Laboratory Sciences or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a lab technologist in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, tools, and safety measures.
- Proficient in documenting results and maintaining laboratory records.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
