JAGEDO GLOBAL LIMITED, is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this hybrid role, you will blend in-office collaboration with remote flexibility while leading digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. We are searching for a senior candidate with a proven track record in digital marketing and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities

● Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business goals.
● Manage and optimize the company's social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.
● Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights.
● Execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking.
● Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field
3–5 years hands-on digital marketing, ideally at a marketplace, fintech, proptech, or other two-sided-growth business in Kenya/East Africa.
Demonstrated paid social/search results defensible on CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, ASO.
Proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager; app analytics (Firebase/Mixpanel) a plus.
Fluency in Kenya's digital context: M-Pesa/mobile money behavior, WhatsApp Business as a channel, local social/search habits.
Strong copywriting; enough visual/video judgment to brief and approve creative.
