Industry: Financial Services (Telecom Franchise)
The General Manager will lead and manage the operations of the client's telecom franchise
business, taking full ownership of business performance, sales and distribution, and team
leadership.
Responsibilities
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee all business operations, sales and distribution activities, including
- management of a telecom franchise business.
- Drive operational efficiency, team performance and achievement of business growth
- targets.
- Analyse financial and operational performance to support strategic decision-making and
- process optimisation.
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 10 direct reports, ensuring accountability
- and performance management.
- Report to the Managing Director on business performance, risks and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, operations, distribution and team leadership (minimum 5 years' total work experience).
- Prior experience in telecom, FMCG, manufacturing or distributorship businesses is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English (required).
