About the Job
CEMES LTD industry, is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to join our dynamic team in Uganda. This onsite role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior leadership roles. The Regional Manager will oversee operations, build strategic relationships, ensure business growth, and optimize processes across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a fast-growing organization and contribute to its success.
Responsibilities
- Drive branch performance in line with organizational targets.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Branch Managers and branch teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor branch productivity, portfolio quality, and customer service standards.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives within your assigned region. •
- Submit timely performance and operational reports to management.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all assigned branches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in microfinance, banking, lending, sales, & financial services..
- Certification in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Operations Management, or Leadership is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent English; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage
