Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI models and algorithms to advance the capabilities of Cazini's recruitment and verification platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in the platform's performance and user experience.
- Optimize machine learning models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Implement data analytics and machine learning pipelines to process, analyze, and extract insights from large volumes of recruitment-related data.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, integrating relevant innovations into Cazini's systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or related software development fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying AI models in production environments.
