We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claude Architect to join our team onsite in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Claude AI solutions within the software industry. As a Senior Claude Architect, you will play a vital role in developing innovative AI-driven applications and ensuring their seamless integration with existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of advanced Claude AI solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize and improve the performance of existing Claude AI models and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in AI design and development best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years working with Claude AI solutions.
- Expertise in AI architecture design, integration, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
