As a senior-level professional in the Finance industry, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing all HR processes to align with our mission of connecting employers with pre-vetted talent across Africa. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and professional development plans.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee relations issues and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices in the Finance or technology industries.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
