About the Job
Lead a team of 12 to 20 guards on rotating shifts across three client sites. You will run shift handovers, check posts, coach new guards and be the first point of contact for clients when something goes wrong.
Responsibilities
- Run shift handovers and confirm every post is covered
- Carry out unannounced post checks and log the results
- Coach and assess new guards during their first month
- Handle client escalations and incident reports
- Approve shift swaps and flag staffing gaps to the operations manager
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in security management (or equivalent experience)
- Valid PSRA licence
- 3+ years in guarding, with at least 1 year leading a team
