Monitor live CCTV and alarm feeds from our 24/7 control room, dispatch response teams and keep a clear record of every event. Ideal for someone calm, observant and comfortable with technology.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, alarm and access-control systems across client sites
- Dispatch response teams and follow incidents through to closure
- Log events accurately and prepare shift reports
- Run daily system health checks and report faults
Qualifications
- Diploma in IT, security or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working night shifts
