Cazini Systems Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a senior AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing AI-driven technology solutions for our recruitment and verification platform. This is an onsite position, and the candidate will work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and models to streamline hiring processes for businesses across Africa.
Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning models and algorithms to enhance data processing, candidate matching, and fraud detection capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that improve the recruitment and verification platform.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform and enhance the platform's functionality.
- Continuously optimize algorithms for accuracy, scalability, and performance on our AI platform.
- Stay updated on advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning to integrate the latest technologies into product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI or machine learning engineering.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
