    Employment Check covers up to three (3) prior employments within seven (7) years; excludes internships, volunteer work, or very short-term gigs. Performance Check examines roles, responsibilities, and promotions. Character Reference Check focuses on strengths, weaknesses, and disciplinary issues. Executive Employment Check is an in-depth combination of both.
