Bryan's Inc, a leader in the HR Outsourcing industry, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Manager to join our onsite team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic professional looking to kickstart their career in sales, with hands-on experience and opportunities for growth. The Junior Sales Manager will support the senior sales team, develop client relationships, and contribute to achieving our revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the HR Outsourcing market in Nairobi, Kenya.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with the senior sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR outsourcing services to clients.
